Yesterday I decided to try my Tandoori mix on something other than a whole head of cauliflower. I sliced up some tofu and potatoes and put them in the oven for about an hour and fifteen minutes at 350 degrees F! They were perfect. There was a really strong flavor in the spice mix when I made the cauliflower. Eric though it was probably cumin or coriander. That flavor wasn’t apparent with this batch of Tandoori! Which was a good thing. I think baking it at a lower temperature for a longer time was the trick!
